The following GTC concern the use of the web-based assessment platform of the project "Assessment of profession-related language competences for teachers of foreign languages". The use of this service presupposes users' complete and unconditional agreement with the GTC.
The user agrees to keep their personal login information confidential and not to pass on any login information to a third party. The user is responsible for protecting the provided login information. The project group refuses any liability for damages caused by the misuse or loss of the provided login information.
The web-based assessment platform is generally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The project group reserves the rights to temporarily restrict or suspend this service for technical reasons.
The user is responsible for ensuring that their hardware and software are suitable for the use of the assessment platform. The project group refuses any liability for damages that occur to the user through the use of the web-based assessment platform.
The project group complies with the regulations of the Federal Act on Data Protection.
The user agrees that their personal data provided when registering will be stored. This data may be used for research purposes.
The project group respects the personal rights of its users. No data used to identify you is stored.
The submission of personal information is optional. The data will be anonymised and not passed on to third parties.
The project group assumes no liability for the correctness, completeness and timeliness of the content and materials. The use of the information and data of the web-based assessment platform is the user's own responsibility.
Users are held liable for damages caused by a non-contractual use of login data (username, password).
The project group reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time or to add additional provisions. If the user continues the use of this platform after amendments, the changes are considered approved.
In case of dispute arising from the GTC, the parties agree to an amicable settlement before a court case is considered.
All legal relationships arising from the use of the services provided by this platform are subject to Swiss law.
